Pack Smart: Ditch the Heavy Bins
To keep feeding routines smooth and organized, all food must be pre-portioned per meal.
Please leave large food tubs at home and instead use:
- Ziploc bags
- Paper lunch bags
- Biodegradable waste bags
- Small reusable containers
If your dog takes medications, supplements, powders, or toppers, place them directly into the appropriate meal bags. If medications or supplements differ between morning and evening meals, please label those bags AM and PM accordingly.
Please don’t bring bowls, blankets, or bedding from home — we provide all of the lodging essentials your dog will need during their stay. This keeps our facility clean and comfortable for all guests.
Before your pup arrives, make sure they’re wearing a collar with a name tag. Think of it as their travel ID — and their first little fashion statement when meeting the crew.

Communication is everything.
Before your drop-off day, make sure you have confirmed your group team text thread with us. This thread is your direct line to our staff and the key to a lightning-fast drop-off experience.
When you arrive at our facility, simply text the group thread to let us know you’re here. In that message, please specify whether you are:
- Doing a quick gate pass-off
- Parking your vehicle with us during your trip
This helps our team know exactly how to assist you and keeps your drop-off running smoothly.
The Ultimate Travel Hack: Park Here, Ride With Us, or Uber/Lyft to SeaTac
If you are parking with us, simply let us know in your arrival text. A team member will open the gate so you can pull your vehicle right inside. Once you enter, we’ll close the gate securely behind you to ensure your pup stays safe while we assist with your drop-off.
After your dog is safely handed off to our team, you have a few easy options to get to the airport:
- Uber or Lyft — typically arrives within 2–4 minutes. It’s just a five-minute ride to your SeaTac terminal.
- Concierge airport drop-off — pack your suitcases in our vehicle and we’ll drive you directly to SeaTac.
- We drive your car — if there’s room for one of our team members to ride along, we can drop you at the airport and return your vehicle to All Barks Hotel where it will be safely parked until your return.
- Pup-only home pickup — within a 20-mile radius, our team can swing by, pick up your dog, and bring them safely to All Barks Hotel so you can focus on packing and getting out the door.
