PROPERTY INSTRUCTIONS:

When you arrive for your scheduled drop-off or pick-up, please text your group team text thread to let us know you’re here.

A team member will meet you at the street and bring your pet to or from the property.

We appreciate your patience—there may be a brief wait while we walk pets from the far end of the property or assist guests ahead of you.

For everyone’s safety:

  • Please do not open the gates, even if they appear unlocked
  • Gates are clearly marked, and staff will always assist you

Details Before Your Visit

Pre-Booking Requirements

Vaccinations

For the health and safety of all pets in our care, up-to-date vaccinations are required.

Dogs must have written proof of:

  • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) – within the last year
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – within the last year
  • Rabies – current, as required by law

Puppies must:

  • Be at least 4 months old
  • Have completed at least three rounds of puppy vaccinations
  • Be current on Rabies, per state requirements

Food & Medication Policy

To help us provide consistent, safe, and stress-free care for every guest, we follow a simple food and medication system.

  • We kindly ask that you avoid bringing large or bulky food bins or heavy bags, as they can be difficult for our team to carry and store.
  • All meals, medications, and supplements must be pre-portioned into individual, clearly labeled Ziploc bags.
    • Pre-portioned meals allow us to maintain your dog’s routine, ensure accurate feeding, and provide consistent care throughout their stay.
  • Please share the brand and type of food your pup eats—just in case
  • To help us stay organized and keep shared spaces clean, we ask that personal bowls, toys, and bedding remain at home.
  • Please ensure your dog arrives wearing a collar with an attached name tag.

Health Requirements

All pets must be in good overall health at the time of arrival.

  • Dogs may not attend dog parks, daycare, or other boarding facilities for two weeks prior to their stay
  • Pets must not have had a communicable illness within the last 30 days
  • No pet will be admitted with external parasites
  • After any illness, a veterinary health certificate and updated vaccination records may be required

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM –  7:00 PM
  • Weekends: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Please plan to arrive by 6:45 so we have some flexibility before 7:00 PM – Thank you!

Early Drop-Off Option

Need a little extra flexibility? We offer limited early drop-off appointments beginning at 7:00 AM.
Early drop-offs must be requested and approved in advance and include an additional fee.

Availability is limited to ensure we maintain a calm environment and provide the same attentive, high-quality care for every dog.

Boarding Terms

  • Boarding is billed in 24-hour periods
  • A daycare charge will be added if pickup occurs more than 1 hour past the final 24-hour period

Airport Transportation Services

Airport cargo pick-up and drop-off times are by booking appointment only and will be confirmed during the reservation process.

Housing & Behavior Notes

  • All pets are housed indoors
  • Dogs from the same household will share a room unless separation is requested.

Please notify us in advance if your dog is:

  • Food possessive
  • Toy possessive
  • Reactive toward other dogs

The safety and well-being of every dog in our care is our highest priority. While we are happy to provide separate accommodations for dogs who prefer their own space, we are unable to accept dogs with active dog- or human-directed aggression. Thank you for your understanding.
